What is the fastest way to contact us?

WhatsApp. Message us at +385 91 600 1201 and Paula, who answers every inquiry personally, usually replies within ten minutes during working hours. Calling the same number is the next best option for anything urgent. Email — [email protected] — is answered within the hour. Standard reservations don’t need a message at all: reserve directly on our booking page.

When are we available?

From May through October we are open 08:00–20:00 CET/CEST, every day. From November through April, hours are 09:00–17:00, Monday to Saturday. Messages that arrive outside those hours get a reply first thing the next morning.

Where do we hand over the cars?

At two pickup points:

1. Gruž office — Vukovarska 17, 20000 Dubrovnik, right next to the cruise port. Handy if you arrive by ferry or stay near the harbor.
2. Dubrovnik Airport (DBV, Čilipi) — about 20 km south of the city. We run a meet and greet at arrivals, so there is no desk queue and a late landing never loses your booking — we track every arriving flight.

What should your message include?

Three things get you a firm quote in a single reply: your pickup and drop-off dates, your flight number if you land at DBV, and the car class you want. If you are not sure about the class, tell us how many people and bags are coming and we will suggest one.
