Cancellation policy

Plans change — travel plans more than most. Our rule is simple: cancel at least 48 hours before your pickup time and you get every cent back. Here is exactly how refunds, late cancellations, and flight delays work, with nothing hidden in fine print.
How much do I get back if I cancel?
Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup and we refund 100% of what you paid — no fee, no questions. Inside 48 hours we charge one rental day and refund the rest. If you never show up and never contact us, the booking is charged in full.

How do I cancel my booking?
Three ways, all handled by a person rather than a form:
- Reply to your confirmation email with “cancel” — that alone is enough.
- Message us on WhatsApp at +385 91 600 1201.
- Call the same number during working hours (08:00–20:00 daily May–October; 09:00–17:00 Monday–Saturday the rest of the year).
Paula confirms every cancellation in writing, usually within the hour. If you have not received that confirmation, the cancellation is not done — contact us again.
When will I see my refund?
Bookings are not prepaid — you pay on pickup — so in most cases there is nothing to refund: we simply cancel the reservation and confirm it in writing. If you have made any prepayment by card, the refund goes back to the same card within 5–10 business days; we issue it the day you cancel, and the delay is bank processing time we cannot speed up. We never refund to a different card or push “credit” instead of money.
What if my flight is delayed or canceled?
A delayed or canceled flight never counts as a no-show. Give us your flight number when you book and we track it — Marko, our airport desk lead, watches every arrival at Dubrovnik Airport and holds your car for late landings at no charge. If the airline cancels your flight outright, you choose: full refund or a free date change.
Can I change my dates instead of canceling?
Yes — rebooking is free, anytime, even inside the 48-hour window. If the new dates are cheaper we refund the difference; if they cost more, you pay only the difference. Reply to your confirmation email or WhatsApp us with the new dates, or start a fresh reservation on our booking page and we will cancel the old one at no charge.
